Saturday Street Fairs

This morning after picking up our dry goods and veggies at Kensington Market, Mr.T and I decided to head over to the Taste of Italy street fair on College Street. Walking down to Bathurst street we walked through the festival which closed off College from Bathurst to Shaw Street. There was lots of food and while we were early there were a quite a few people out exploring everything the fair had to offer.

After walking through the festival we walked north to Bloor Street where we caught the subway to Broadview Station. Mr.T heard there was a BBQ festival on the Danforth so we decided to explore it. Sadly, while the street was closed down, you had to pay a fee to enter, which we didn't pay, never knowing how much BBQ either of would eat. We walked through the festival then made our way back on the south side of the Danforth hugging the shadows to stay out of the sun.

Walking east on the Danforth, we made our way to Church Street, which was also closed off for an early Pride festival. Church was closed from College to Isabella, and while there wasn't really a lot happening we walked north a little, then walked south to College Street, before making our way home along College Street.
